All sales are final
jobroles.io is a digital service, and access to the full feed begins the moment you purchase. Because the value is delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds on any plan: weekly, monthly, or lifetime. We'd rather be clear about this before you buy than surprise you after.
Try before you pay
You can preview the product before purchasing, and we encourage you to. If you're unsure whether jobroles.io fits your search, email us first. We'll answer honestly, including telling you not to buy if it's not for you.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a weekly or monthly plan anytime. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees, no retention hoops.
The exceptions
We will always refund duplicate charges, charges made after you cancelled, and purchases made in error. Email us and we'll sort it out. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that this waives statutory withdrawal rights where that waiver is permitted; where consumer law grants you refund rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected by this policy. Refunds that do occur are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method.
