What jobroles.io is
jobroles.io is a job-discovery service. We collect publicly available job postings directly from company career pages and applicant-tracking systems, organize them into a searchable feed, and link you to the employer's own application page. We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the companies whose postings appear in the feed.
Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You need an account to use the paid feed. Keep your credentials private; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared or resold.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record and reseller. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, and Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes, invoices, and billing support. Prices are shown before you buy. Weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the service. Access begins immediately on purchase, and by purchasing you request immediate delivery. All sales are final under our refund policy, which also explains the exceptions, including any statutory rights in your country that cannot be waived, which these terms do not limit.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute the feed; don't attempt to bypass the paywall, probe or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
About the listings
We refresh postings from source pages several times a day and remove listings when employers take them down, but we can't guarantee any posting is accurate, still open, or will lead to an interview or offer. Applications happen on the employer's site under the employer's terms. Trademarks and company names belong to their owners.
Liability
The service is provided as-is, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing limits the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
Ending or changing the service
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms or the service as it evolves; material changes will be announced by email or on the site, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree with a change, stop using the service and cancel your plan.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of establishment, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence applies instead. Disputes we can't resolve informally go to the courts competent under that law.
